YEKATERINBURG, 16 January 2026 — Interfax reported, citing the company's press service, that the proposed railcar would use interchangeable modules. Kalugaputmash's design bureau and the STM Research and Development Center are working on digital models and component interactions. The final configuration remains part of that design work. Intended applications include welding, contact-wire work and transporting personnel or cargo.
